In recent days, more than 30 villagers shuttled through the fields and carefully picked down the red peppers in the pepper planting base of Jiannba community, Jiannba Town, showing a busy summer harvest scene.

"My base has planted more than 200 mu of Tuanzi pepper, this is the second year of planting, and now it has entered the full picking period, more than 30 villagers pick pepper every day." Jian Ba town pepper growers Wang Jianbo said.
"Home land rented to Jianbo chili, you can receive 200 yuan a year rent, the land will not be idle, work in his base, can earn 100 yuan a day, a year down, I can also find more than 6000 yuan pocket money." Wei Fen, a villager from the community, said as she picked chilies.
The development of the chili industry, not only enriched the people's "basket", filled the local people's "money bag", but also for the local "hot" out of an industrial road, "pepper" out of a rich flower.
"This year is expected to harvest 15,000 kg of Dried Chilli, Dried chilli wholesale price 25 yuan/kg. I have received help from seedling, picking and roasting, and I am confident that I can grow better peppers." Wang Jianbo said.
Not too much time, the villagers have filled the pepper basket, back to the intersection bagging, each face is filled with the joy of harvest.

In order to strive to promote standardized pepper planting, strengthen the construction of pepper seed projects, and cultivate new business subjects, Jiba Town leads the industrial development with party construction, builds the party organization on the village-level industrial planting chain, actively promotes order production, and continuously makes efforts from optimizing varieties, pepper seedling, technical guidance, and pesticide issuance to drive the masses to pepper planting and help villagers increase their employment.

"This year, Jiangba town planted a total of 14,600 acres of pepper, more than 50 acres of scale planting pepper there are 21 households, varieties of local Pod Pepper, Lantern Pepper, Yan Chili, mainly. There are also Erjingtiao Chili, Capsicum Frutescens Var, etc., the government provides 2,500 acres of pepper pesticides for pepper farmers free of charge, and also provides five seedling greenhouses for large-scale growers. During the planting process, the higher level government also provided technical support for the town's industrial development." Jian Ba town agricultural service center director Lu Chao introduced.
